A psychic from Calwell in Canberra’s South claims to have predicted the winner of the 2013 Melbourne Cup.

“I have seen the future, again,” says Anastasia Zola Neptune.

Skeptics have suggested that every fortune teller and psychic will be predicting this winner.

“I stand by my record. I have predicted a horse every year for the last 137 years.”

The 30 year old medium claims to be channeling Peter St Albans, the youngest jockey ever to win the Melbourne Cup.

“I am the only person ever to have predicted that Makybe Diva would not only win three Melbourne Cups, but would then go on to win the Spirit of Sport Award.”

Foreteller was a winner in the Cox Plate ridden by Craig Newitt, who will also be riding today.

“I am encouraging everyone to keep an eye on my Facebook page for updates, just in case Foreteller is scratched,” added Ms Neptune.

The Melbourne Cup will start at around 3pm on Tuesday 5th November 2013 and finish several minutes later.
